If you are unable to create your SPOC account, this could be for a few reasons:

 


1.  Your password does not adhere to the Password Criteria. Refer to the Password Criteria specified on the Create an account page and try again.


2.  The first or last name being entered is not being correctly associated with the Surveyor Registration ID on file. For example, if the last name on file is "McNally", but the last name being entered is "Mc Nally" or "Mcnally", an error message will appear.


3.  For new surveyors, the Surveyor Registration ID may not be in our system yet. Please try again at another time.
