The Survey Date field date-picker allow users to quickly switch between year, month and day. For example, if the survey date for a survey plan is August 10, 2010, the date can be selected as follows:
1) Click inside the field to open the date-picker, then click where the current year is shown
2) Use the arrows to select a year (e.g. 2010)
3) Select a month (e.g.: August)
4) Select a day (e.g.: the 10th)
5) The date will then display in the Survey Date field (e.g.: August 10, 2010 shows up as 2010-08-10)
