Once you have successfully processed your files through SPOC, you will receive an email containing a link to your SPOC submission package (to submit to the Land Titles Office). If the link does not work, please submit a ticket through the SPOC Help Desk and we will investigate.
The submission package itself is an encrypted ZIP file and only the Land Titles Office (LTO) has the password to extract the data from the file. However, you can view the contents in the ZIP file and you can also add additional files to it, such as multiple TIFF or PLT files if required. For example, additional TIFF or PLT files could be added by "dragging and dropping" them into the ZIP file.
