If you are not receiving your SPOC submission package email, this may be for a few reasons:
1. The email has been sent to a Junk folder rather than to your Inbox. Check your Junk folder(s) to see if the email is there.
2. Your file/files contain one or more periods in the file name. If this is the case, remove the periods from both the CAD file and plan image file.
3. There is a setting in your email account preventing the email from coming through. Try changing your email setting or try sending it to another email address with a different host.
