Once the Structure check runs, the result of the check will show up in a colored box to the left. You can expand the results by clicking the plus (+) button to the right, which will open a drop-down that shows information about the results of the test.

If the Structure check fails, this could be for several reasons:


1.  There could be a missing layer in the CAD drawing. In this case, the missing layer and linework would need to be added to the CAD file


2.  An incorrect Survey Type was selected. In this case, the message for the Structure check would likely also indicate that a required layer is missing because different layers are checked based on the Survey Type specified. In this case, the Survey Type can be changed from the Survey Details page


3.  There is an issue with the validation check itself. In this case, the colored box on the left would likely show up yellow and a validation error message would show up on top of the page. In this case, contact the SPOC Helpdesk by creating a New Support Ticket and we will investigate.
