There are five steps to successful completion shown on the left side of the SPOC webpage:
Once all steps are completed, and the user has clicked the button to confirm the plan location from the Confirm Plan Location page, a message will appear on screen informing the user that they will receive an email shortly with a link to the SPOC submission package.
