Layer and Georeferencing requirements apply to all survey plan types including the Redivision of Condominium Buildings or Units. When drafting a Condominium Plan Showing Redivision of Units, the outline of the unit(s) being registered should be duplicated on layers 8 and 17, regardless of the floor level. Cross-section views should be on layer 34.
Linework and text for surrounding building or bare land units may be shown on layers 9 (property linework outside area to be registered) and 10 (text for linework outside area to be registered), or both on layer 34 (miscellaneous). A reference point which could coincide with a lot, block or unit corner should be placed at true coordinates on layer 35.
