Q: In our office, the surveyor does not submit the plans, office administration does. Will this have to change?
A: No. After the profile has been created, the surveyor can choose to provide their account login information to other individuals within the firm so that they may submit on his/her behalf. All correspondence from SPOC will be emailed to the primary account email address. In addition to the primary account email, you may use the additional email feature. This feature enables correspondence from SPOC to be sent both to the primary account email and a secondary email.
